The Board of Control for Cricket In India (BCCI) are already facing a lot of backlash over the ticketing arrangements made by the apex body for the upcoming ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 in India next month.

Official ticketing partners 'BookMyShow' have been questioned about their launching and allocation of tickets for the marquee matches, which were instant sell-outs despite the queue being for hours.

Now, a new website named 'Viagogo' have started selling tickets for India's crucial Pakistan and Australian clashes for as high as INR 57 and 19 Lakhs, respectively. The website claims to be the 'second-largest marketplace for live event tickets' as reported by Hindustan Times.

Apart from India matches, tickets for all other games, including warm-up encounters are being sold at a steep price on the platform.

Several fans have taken to the social media platform 'X' to ridicule the website, while others have slammed BCCI for their poor administration.
