Two of India's most talented stars, Rishabh Pant and Prithvi Shaw, have been away from cricket owing to respective injuries.
While Pant is recovering from injuries caused by a near-fatal accident, Shaw is undergoing rehabilitation for a shoulder injury that the batter suffered during a County outing for Northamptonshire.
Both players have been undergoing intense training at National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bangalore and recently caught up with each other during a training camp organised by Delhi Capitals.
In a post shared by Shaw on Instagram, the duo could be seen together after the end of the day on Wednesday. The picture shows Shaw resting his head on Pant's shoulders while hugging the wicket-batter.

Meanwhile, unexpectedly, Shaw has been retained by DC for the upcoming IPL 2024 edition despite having a rough 2023 edition, where the opener managed just 106 runs. In 71 IPL matches, Shaw has slammed 1,694 runs with 13 half-centuries.
On the other hand, DC Director of Cricket Sourav Ganguly recently revealed that Pant will lead the franchise in the 2024 edition. In 98 IPL matches, Pant has amassed 2,838 runs with one hundred and fifteen fifties since making his debut in 2016.
DC, ahead of the IPL 2024 mini-auction, have retained as many as 16 players, while 11 have been let go, including Sarfaraz Khan, Rilee Rossouw, Manish Pandey, and Mustafizur Rahman.
