Pakistan cricket is getting ready for a new re-fabricated version of domestic 50-over competition in the form of Champions One-Day Cup. Babar Azam and Shan Masood will be playing for Stallions in the tournament while Shaheen Afridi will be leading Lions. 

The tournament is scheduled to start on 12th of September, however, the practice games have started and in one of them, Stallions were up against Lions. Many videos of the game are floating around and one of them is of Babar Azam walking out to the middle after a loss of first wicket with Shan Masood alongside him.

In the background even Shaheen Afridi is visible with his teammates and all three of them look pretty focused on their task.

Babar Azam Fails Again

Babar Azam though could not score big runs and departed on 20 as he was cleaned up by a spinner. The right-handed batter has been at the centre of criticism in recent times with runs not coming as consistently as earlier, and with loss in the T20 World Cup under his leadership, the voices against him have magnified.

In the meanwhile, Shan Masood batted quite well in the practice match and it was quite an event for the fans with three big players on the field at the same time with talks of rift between Shaheen Afridi and Shan Masood going rounds on social media.
