Who will Bhuvi replace in RCB playing XI [Source: @TheRcbZone/X.com]
The Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) thrashed the defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in a one-sided battle at the Eden Gardens in the opening match of the season. The team was given little chance to beat the Knight Riders, but the new-looked RCB gave a statement by winning the match comfortably.
The only chinks in their armour was the absence of star signing, Bhuvneshwar Kumar. The Indian seamer was surprisingly left out of the playing XI, but it came to light that he was injured and was left out due to precautionary reason. However, RCB have also stated that he could be fit for the next clash vs Chennai Super Kings.
If Bhuvneshwar is fit, here are two RCB bowlers he could replace in the playing XI Vs CSK.
1) Rasikh Salam Dar
Bhuvneshwar could replace yet another new signing for RCB in Rasikh Salam Dar. The young fast bowler conceded 35 runs in 3 overs Vs KKR and was taken to the cleaners by their opener, Sunil Narine and captain Ajinkya Rahane.

(Rasikh Salam performance Vs KKR)
He looked quite nervous on his RCB debut and KKR batters rightly targeted him in the contest. A bit of experience will be beneficial for RCB and if Bhuvneshwar Kumar gets fit, he could replace Rasikh Dar in the playing XI Vs CSK.
2) Suyash Sharma
Another RCB debutant, who had a decent outing was Suyash Sharma. Against his former IPL side, KKR, Suyash went for plenty and conceded 47 runs, but picked up a wicket. RCB already have Krunal Pandya and Liam Livingstone who could chip in with the ball and Suyash's inexperience could cost RCB.

Runs conceded | 47 |
Balls | 4 |
Dismissals | 1 |
Economy | 11.75 |
However, the young spinner shouldn't be disheartened. If RCB bowls second, he could be brought in as an impact player. The Chepauk pitch helps the spinners and he could bring in a different dimension on a spin friendly surface.
Bhuvi's experience on a two-paced Chepauk wicket will be useful and he can be a great addition if the pacer gets free for the CSK clash.
