India's Pink-ball practice match is done and dusted against Australia's Prime Minister's XI side and the Rohit Sharma led team won the contest with utmost ease. Due to relentless rain and day 1 getting washed out, the contest was turned into a One-Day match which was played under lights.

The match conditions in Canberra mimicked the conditions India will get against the Australian side in Adelaide on December 6, and the visitors took ample advantage as the batters got a hang of the Pink-Ball and the bowlers delivered the goods with it. Hence, with the practice match over, we look at 3 things we learnt from India's win Vs Prime Minister's XI.

3) Jaiswal, KL to open in Adelaide

Eyebrows were raised when skipper Rohit Sharma decided not to open the innings in Canberra. Yashasvi Jaiswal and KL Rahul came out to bat and this almost confirmed India's plan for the second Test.

The trusted pair of Jaiswal and KL will likely open the innings once again and Rohit Sharma might bat lower down the order to regain some form in whites.

2) Harshit Rana, the real deal

He impressed everyone on his debut in the Perth Test, and continued the momentum in the warm-up match. The speedster picked up 4 wickets and rattled the opposition with sheer pace. Pink ball skids a bit more than the red ball and he'll be quite useful under lights in the second Test match against the Aussies.

1) What is happening with Rohit Sharma?

Rohit came back to the Indian team after a mini break and he looked lost in the shuffle as the India skipper was dismissed for just 3. He never looked comfortable in his short stay and it has put the dressing room in concern.

Arguably one of India's best batter, Rohit needs to come back amongst run-getters as Australia eye a comeback. His experience will be crucial for the Indian team, but the captain needs to fix his batting woes soon.
