England, who had a heartbreaking defeat against South Africa, will look to go all guns blazing on Sunday when they take on the USA at Kensington Oval in an all-important T20 World Cup 2024 Super 8 fixture.
England were on the cusp of a remarkable victory over Aiden Markram's Proteas, only to choke at the wrong time. They now need to win against the USA by hook or by crook, but more significantly, they will look to register a big-margin victory, something which he achieved against Oman in the Group stage, in order to challenge the West Indies in terms of net run rate.
To make that happen, England might be tempted to bring back swashbuckling Will Jacks, who had two poor outings before getting dropped. Jacks had a season to remember in IPL 2024 in RCB colours, and there is no one better in England's middle-order who can bash in a more aggressive manner.
While the rest are likely to keep their places, Moeen Ali could make his way in order to give Jacks an opportunity.
