In his place, the team has tried Tanzid Hasan, a promising left-hander and he has done well for the Tigers. His stats aren't the most promising one's but the left-handed elegant batter has shown glimpes of his brilliance and will be the player to watch out for in the Champions Trophy.

Mushfiqur Rahim out, Litton Das In

The stalwart of the Bangladesh team, Mushfiqur Rahim has been a backbone for the team in the last 15 years. However, like every player, his career is also going in the darkness and is heading towards the twilight.

In his place, Litton Das has secured a place in the team, and while the duo have played together for years, it was Mushfiqur who used to keep the wickets. Now, with the star batter out with injury, Litton has been given the keeping duties which he is doing it with perfection.

Mashrafe Mortaza Out, Taskin Ahmed In

One of the key members of Bangladesh's Fab 4, it was first under the captaincy of Mortaza that Bangladesh team came into the limelight. He was the one who guided the team to their maiden Champions Trophy semi finals in 2017, but with him retiring, Bangladesh needed another quality pacer and in came Taskin.

Taskin can bowl fast, has a good bouncer and if not for injuries, he would have been a much better cricketer. However, in the upcoming Champions Trophy, Bangladesh's bowling hopes will rest on his shoulders.
