After a 'Maxwellmania' in Guwahati, the caravan moves to the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium, Raipur. The series tally lies 2-1 in favour of the Indian team and they will be looking to seal the deal in the fourth T20I, slated to commence at 7:00 PM Local Time on Friday.

Despite scoring 208 runs in the opening game in Visakhapatnam, Australia lost the game due to Suryakumar Yadav's magnificent 80 that eclipsed Josh Inglis' ton.

Following that, another exquisite win was seen, with the Men in Blue putting up a valiant effort to successfully defend 235 runs. The Indian spinners struck early, and despite some middle-order partnerships, the visitors faltered in their aim.

The latest encounter saw a special knock from Glenn Maxwell that helped Australia overhaul a gargantuan total of 222 runs in the limited time.

The Indian side will be bolstered by the addition of Shreyas Iyer, Mukesh Kumar and Deepak Chahar for the final couple of games in the series. On the flip side, the Aussies will see the departure of the quartet that were a part of the 2023 World Cup campaign. Inglis, Maxwell, Marcus Stoinis and Sean Abbott will fly back home, making way for Ben McDermott, Josh Phillipe, Chris Green and Ben Dwarshuis.

So, let us have a quick look at the Australian predicted XI against India.

Openers: Travis Head and Matt Short

The Australian side are likely to tinker with their opening combination. Travis Head showed glimpses of his World Cup form. Right after earning the player of the match awards in the two knockout games, he scored a quickfire 30s in the third T20I against India.

Head is likely to be teamed up with Matt Short at the top of the batting order. The all-rounder had a brilliant outing in the latest edition of the Big Bash League. He is an attacking batter and has the ability to pick wickets with finger spin.

Middle Order: Josh Phillipe, Ben McDermott, Matthew Wade and Travis Head

In the absence of Josh Inglis, Josh Phillipe is likely to take no. 3 position. He's a technically firm batter and has the capability to attack spinners. Moving down the batting order, McDermott, Wade and David form a strong reputation in smacking the cricket ball. The former is making an entry into the squad for the final two games of the series while the later two individuals played some cameos in the series thus far.

All-rounder: Chris Green

It's a great time for Chris Green to showcase the potential he carries. He's making his international return after quite some time and can be useful in Indian conditions. He has been playing various forms of cricket across the globe throughout the year and resonates the term - "bits and pieces cricketer".

Bowlers: Kane Richardson, Nathan Ellis, Jason Behrendorff, and Tanveer Sangha

The trio of Kane Richardson, Nathan Ellis, and Jason Behrendorff are likely to be retained despite getting some belting in the last game. Actually, the left-arm pacer- Behrendorff is the odd one out. He conceded just 12 runs from his full quota in a game where 222 runs were stacked up.

Richardson and Ellis have the ability to bowl in various phases of the game and are generally the ones who does the hard job of bowling the wet ball in the slog overs. Tanveer Sangha is their primary spinner and has been relatively impressive with his wrist spin.
