Haris Rauf has been in great form (Source:@dhillow_/X.com)
The Salman Ali Agha is leading Pakistan's T20I team in Zimbabwe, and after winning the first game, they would be looking to notch up another win and seal the series. Pakistan have a young brigade at their disposal, and though the batting unit looked scratchy, they still managed to win the first game comprehensively by 57 runs.
So, the visitors would be looking to stamp their authority again, but the game also provided an opportunity for them to try out some youngsters and let's see what could be their combination for the second T20I. The first change could be in the opening pair with Omair Yousuf likely to replaced by Sahibzada Farhan.
Mohammad Hasnain Likely To Play In Place Of Haris Rauf
Saim Ayub looked in good touch in his brief knock while Usman Khan, Tayyab Tahir and Irfan Khan played handy cameos. Captain, Salman Agha though struggled and could muster only 13 runs from 19 balls. On the bowling front, two spinners picked six wickets between them and there is a case for adding another spin-bowling all-rounder in place of Jahandad Khan.
The left-arm medium-pace all-rounder went for more than 10 runs per over and it is a great opportunity to add former U19 skipper Qasim Akram into the line-up. He has great temperament and provides a reliable option both with the bat and ball. Haris Rauf could also be rested for this game and Mohammad Hasnain could make it to the playing XI after missing the first encounter. Abbas Afridi and rest of the two spinners are likely to retain their place and we can expect them to make a big impact again in this game.
