India are all padded-up as they set off to take on Zimbabwe in the third T20I match at Harare Sports Club on Wednesday, 9 July. With the series levelled, the upcoming game is expected to be a crucial deciding factor and both the teams would be hellbent on winning this game in order to get a upper hand.
Sikandar Raza and Co unleashed hell on the young Indian team in the first game of the series; as they managed to defeat India by 13 run margin in a low scoring affair. This loss, rocked India to it's core especially coming at the back of the senior men team's recent triumph at the T20 World Cup 2024.
The Men In Blue were quick to respond the very next day during the 2nd T20I as Abhishek Sharma turned his beast mode on against the Zimbabwe bowlers and slammed his first-ever century for India in just 46 balls.
Added to this was the explosive batting of Ruturaj Gaikwad and Rinku Singh that helped India stage a total of 234. Zimbabwe's batting order failed to deliver as a result of which they lost by 100 runs.
