The current captain of the Indian T20 team, Suryakumar Yadav is probably the best batter of the format. Over the years, Surya has shown how enjoys batting in this format and how is able to bring out his best when it is a 20-over game. 

Notably, Surya has played the Indian Premier League for two franchises. After his intial stint with the Mumbai Indians, SKY was a part of the Kolkata Knight Riders before returning back to the MI. Besides, SKY can add dynamism into the middle order of the LSG batting line-up solving many problems for the team. 

2. Punjab Kings

Things have not been easy for the Punjab Kings in the league, especially in the last two or three seasons. They have been one of the most inconsistent teams in the recent past. The PBKS management will be on the look out for a new captain to lead the team. Suryakumar Yadav could be the perfect leader for the Kings, as he can bring in his experience of winning the trophy with the Mumbai Indians and lead the team to glories that they are yet to achieve.
