One of India's most revered sporting icons Virat Kohli is a benchmark for athletes. Kohli has single-handedly revolutionalised the idea of fitness in cricket, after which the overall standards have gone up. With India's upcoming full-fledged tour of the West Indies next month, Kohli has already hit the gym running.

In a social media post on Instagram, the former India captain can be seen sweating it out in an intense workout session, with an interesting caption. Kohli last played for India in the ICC World Test Championship (WTC) 2023.

The former India captain has been quite expressive on his Instagram, sharing multiple quotes about life since the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023.  The Caribbean tour will consist of two Tests, three ODI, and five T20Is, which starts on July 12 and will end on August 13. 

The final two T20Is will be played in USA at the Lauderhill in Florida, where both teams have clashed earlier as well.

Several reports have suggested that India might rest Cheteshwar Pujara and Mohammed Shami, and rope in youngsters like Yashashvi Jaiswal or Ruturaj Gaikwad and Arshdeep Singh.
