'We Are No Walkovers': USA Star Gives 'Warning' To India Ahead Of T20 World Cup 2024

US Cricket's newest superstar, Corey Anderson has given stern warning to India, ahead of the T20 World Cup 2024, scheduled to take place in USA/West Indies.

The buzz has been created for the upcoming mega event and USA will get a taste of hosting the T20 World Cup next month. However, just a few days ahead of the multi-team event, Anderson has warned both India and Pakistan, stating that his side is no pushover and will give tough fight to both the sides.

The host nation have been drawn in the same group as India and Pakistan, and they will kick-start the T20 World Cup campaign against fellow neighbours, Canada on June 2.


Anderson warns India

“We are fully ready for the marquee event. We are no walkovers. We will give a tough challenge to India and Pakistan in the mega event,” said Corey Anderson.

Anderson, a former New Zealand cricketer, migrated to USA for better cricketing opportunity, and was added in their squad for the T20 World Cup.

Talking about USA, they recently defeated Bangladesh in the first two T20Is of the three-match series, and Anderson has been the star of the show in both the games.
