Virat Kohli landed in Mumbai ahead of the South Africa ODIs just a day before and rocked the Jio World Centre with a massive statement for RCB fans. 

The India great, who currently resides in London with his wife, Anushka, and two children, has flown to India after the Australia ODI series and attended a special event for the BCCI and Asian Paints collab, where a special show called the 'House of Legends' was organized.

Kohli excites fans with huge remark on Chinnaswamy!

Speaking at the show, Kohli gave much reason for the RCB fans to celebrate as he paid his tribute to his ever-loving IPL home ground, Chinnaswamy Stadium, where he lifted the IPL 2025 trophy just a few months back.

At the show, the host asked Kohli which are the special grounds where he loves to play and the India star named Chinnaswamy as the first one.

"I have received a lot of support in most places I played in, and the fans have been truly amazing. But I think the ground that stands out for me is, of course, Chinnaswamy at Bangalore. That ground will always be very special for me," Kohli said while speaking live at the event.

The crowd burst out in cheers after Kohli mentioned Chinnaswamy, RCB's fort at Bangalore for many years. Notably, Kohli and Chinnaswamy's love affair is quite well-known. The RCB veteran played 103 matches in the IPL at Chinnaswamy and averages 40.25 while scoring 3502 runs.

Other than Chinnaswamy, another ground that is close to Virat Kohli's heart is the Adelaide Oval, where he created and broke many records, especially in Test and ODI cricket. 

While Kohli prepares for the upcoming South Africa ODIs starting from November 30, the pre-IPL boost-up for RCB fans was just what they needed, as the IPL mini-auction is up for arrival in December.
