[Watch] When Virender Sehwag Smashed a Six At Will Against Pakistan

Virender Sehwag was known for his attacking approach in international cricket. Irrespective of the team's situation, he used to attack from the first delivery of the match. He also holds therecord of hitting the highest number of boundaries on the first delivery of the innings. 

Recently, the former Indian opener was invited to the show 'Breakfast With Champions' which is hosted by the presenter Gaurav Kapoor. A lot of Indian cricketers have been on this show and even a few foreign players as well. 

While on the show, Sehwag shared an incident which happened in 2005 during India's clash against Pakistan. Gaurav asked Sehwag to explain the incident where he smashed a six in Danish Kaneria's over.

Virender Sehwag explained the incident that happened in 2005, when Inzamam-ul-Haq was the captain of the Pakistan team. Their plan was to stop Sehwag's runs and were bowling on to the pad line. 

Sehwag asked Inzi if he will bring the player standing on long-on inside the circle then Sehwag would smash a six. Inzamam brought the fielder inside the circle and Danish Kaneria bowled a googly as he did not know what has happened between the two. Sehwag smashed a six over long-on and Danish Kaneria was upset with his captain as he brought the fielder inside the circle. 

Sehwag also mentioned that, according to him, Inzamam-ul-Haq was the greatest middle order batters at least among Asians. Well, a apart from the great Sachin Tendulkar, he added. He said that Sachin is ou of the league so there's no point of counting him in this list, s he believed that inzi was one of the greats.
