After a heated exchange between the two stalwarts of Indian Cricket, the tussle between Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir has been the highlight of this Indian Premier League (IPL) which has grabbed the headlines this season. The Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Lucknow Super Giants' (LSG) clash at Ekana Stadium produced some high-voltage drama as Naveen-ul-Haq was at loggerheads with his rivals.

Former England cricketer and current commentator for JioCinema, Graeme Swann has commented on the relationship between the two and remarked that the soured relationship between the two is likely to impact them for a long time.

Adding to it, he said Gambhir is not going to surrender to Kohli in any case and that would cause some serious tension between the two. However, Swann said that he himself isn't a huge fan of swearing on the field.

"Gautam is never going to back down to Virat. If it spills over off the field and there's swearing stuff then that's wrong. As long as there are handshakes after the game and has not created a bad image on the screen, then I'm all for their passion,"

Also, the off-spinner praised Kohli for being so passionate about his game which is his character trait.

"One of the reasons Virat Kohli is 'Virat Kohli' is because he's so passionate about his cricket. He's so in your face when he's playing and he intimidates a lot of players. Some may think he's going too far. They are massive personalities, who grew up and played together."

Virat Kohli's RCB will next clash against Rajasthan Royals on 14th May at Sawai Mansingh Stadium.
