India's loss against South Africa will hurt them for a long time and it wasn't just for the batting woes. Atleast, that is what Bhuvneshwar Kumar thinks about the missed opportunities. Although, batting was considered to be the main reason but it was catches that let them down.

According to Bhuvi, India lost the match because of their fielding and dropped catches that haunted them during the game. He said that because of those chances, they were left out of the match. He mentioned that the total was still defendable given the difficult batting conditions but being unable to grab the chances proved to be fatal.

“If you take those catches, it's a different thing. But of course catches in the matches are a good feeling. When you know the matches -- would have taken those chances, those are -- things could have been different. The catches we dropped, or the (indiscernible) misses, I think that's where -- not the moment specifically - the game changed. But we knew if we could have got those changes things could have been different. But I think there wasn't any particular moment where we can say that things shifted towards their side."

India's next game will be against Bangladesh on 2nd November at Adelaide Oval.
