After a dismal run in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL), Deepak Hooda has been dropped from the LSG playing XI for their clash against the Sunrisers Hyderabad.

A must-win game for both the sides, and they have tweaked their playing XI, looking at the dry conditions on offer.

Toss Update

SRH won the toss and Aiden Markram elected to bat first.

With the pitch offering assistance to spinners as the game progresses, Markram wanted to utilise the conditions and elected to bat first. Markram added that they want to put up a total on board to put the pressure on the LSG side. Sanvir Singh, the all-rounder will be making his debut for the SRH side.

On the other hand, Krunal stated that he would have liked to bat first as well. He added that the wicket is likely to stay true for the full 40 overs. LSG have made three changes - Prerak Mankad, Amit Mishra and Yudhvir Singh Charaak have been brought into the playing XI, while Deepak Hooda, Swapnil Singh and Mohsin Khan have been left out.
