It was a convincing victory for the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) when they faced Delhi Capitals (DC) at their fortress Chepauk as they earned a 27-run win over the David Warner-led side. CSK batted first and managed 167 with handy contributions from everyone whereas Delhi, in return, had no answer to CSK's spin trio.

All-rounder Ravindra Jadeja was the standout with one wicket for 19 runs in four overs while also scoring crucial 21 runs with the bat. After the game, Jadeja spoke to the IPL broadcasters and said that he would be so happy if gets this kind of track every time.

"I want this pitch in all the 7 games but in the six games we played so far, the pitch was like the same. It feels good as a spinner that you will get the opportunity to do something special for the team,"

Adding to it, he said that they have an edge over the other teams who visit here considering that play a lot over at this venue and hence, adapting to these conditions isn't that easy for the visiting teams because they have very less time.

"We practice a lot here so we know what pace we should bowl at and what are the lengths to be hit. Other teams traveling here take time to adapt so its our home advantage as spinners. Even Moeen and Theekshana know what to bowl. As a bowling unit everyone is doing their job. Pathirana is bowling well. Batters also are providing a good start in the powerplay. It's an overall good teamwork,"

In the end, he was asked about his batting position, to which the southpaw gave a witty reply saying that people start chanting MS Dhoni's name when he comes down the order otherwise everyone wants him to get out if he bats at a higher position.

"If I go out to bat down the order, the public screams for Mahi bhai. If I go up the order, they would wait for me to get dismissed. So I am happy with what's going on and happy with the team's performance."

After this win, CSK would next face Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) on 14th May at Chepauk.
