Jos Buttler is an absolute beast with the bat and when he gets going, there are very few who can match his power-hitting skills. He has shown that time and again at the international level and in the IPL. He is currently one of the best T20 batters in the world and it is just a treat to watch him unleash his full range.

Now, in the 52nd game of IPL 2023 where RR is up against SRH, Jos Buttler has decided to unleash all his might and smashed 95 off 59 balls. Buttler fell short of his sixth century in the IPL and if he would have reached that milestone, he would have equalled Chris Gayle's record of 6 IPL centuries.

Talking about this innings of Jos Buttler against SRH, it was his first fifty after six innings. He started off on a cautious note, as Jaiswal at the other end came out all guns blazing. However, once Jaiswal departed at the end of the 5th over, Buttler opened his shoulders, and, along with Samson, took SRH's bowling apart.

Buttler got to his fifty in 32 balls and then took his game a notch higher with some brutal hitting, especially against the spinners. He, however, missed out on a well-deserved century when Bhuvneshwar Kumar bowled a good yorker in the 19th over to get rid of Buttler. The Englishman hit four sixes and 10 fours in his knock and took his team to the highest ever total in Jaipur,  214 - 2.
