[Watch] Rashid Khan Takes a Breathtaking Catch to Dismiss Dangerous Kyle Mayers

Rashid Khan is a match-winner, whether it is with the ball, bat or on the field. In the ongoing GT-LSG game, he made his presence felt on the field again with a stunning catch in the outfield to get rid of dangerous Kyle Mayers. The opening partnership was flourishing between Mayers and Quinton de Kock when Rashid took that catch to bring his team back in the game and has once again shown his importance in this champion GT unit.

Talking about the catch, it came in the 9th over when LSG openers were going all guns blazing with 88 runs on the board already. It was a short delivery on off from Mohit Sharma and Kyle Mayers went for a big pull shot. 

However, he got a top edge and the ball went in the air towards right of deep square leg. Rashid Khan in the deep ran 26m to his right and then dived full-length and almost caught the ball when it was behind him. It will surely go down as one of the best catches of the season.

Interestingly, Rashid Khan dropped Kyle Mayers in the fourth over, off the bowling of Hardik Pandya. Mayers was batting on 25 at that time and then went onto add 23 more runs to his score before Rashid Khan redeemed himself with a blinder of a catch.
