After Kohli-Gambhir saga, controversies continue to follow the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 as another massive brawl has erupted in this edition during the game between Delhi Capitals (DC) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) as pacer Mohd Siraj had a tussle with opening batter Philip Salt. Both exchanged a few words before David Warner came in tried to calm things down as matter became quite serious.

Later, umpire had to intervene and end the tussle between the two after Siraj shushed Salt with finger on the lips signal.

It happened during the fifth over of the second innings when Salt struck the pacer for three consecutive boundaries, two sixes with a four and after every shot said something back to the bowler.

The altercation between the grew bigger when they came close to each other and the Englishmen started to gesture Siraj to go back to his mark which further infuriated the right-armer.

Adding to this, the previous controversies have been nothing short of drama as Hritik Shokeen- Nitish Rana, Heinrich Klassen - Ravindra Jadeja and then, Kohli-Gambhir spats have garnered much attention on social media.

Coming back to the match, RCB posted 181 on the board after a half-century from Mahipal Lomror but the home side struck back hard with 60 for no loss after the end of five overs.
