The ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 has been a story of two extremes for domestic talents, where some have excelled and others have failed to make a mark. Rajasthan Royals' Riyan Parag, falls in the second category, who has struggled this season miserably with the bat, scoring just 58 runs in six matches.
Last evening against Gujarat Titans, Parag came into the XI as an 'Impact Player' and failed to seize his chance. The Assam batter managed just four runs in six balls, before getting leg-before by Titans' Rashid Khan. Royals, eventually, went on to lose the encounter by nine-wicket to Gujarat.
After the match, the youngster took to the social media platform Twitter and posted a cryptic quote about time either good or bad, that will pass by.

Parag has already been in the news for his earlier tweet, where he talked about having a dream about slamming four sixes in an over, which got heavily trolled following his string of poor scores.
The Sanju Samson-led Royals have come down to fourth position in the IPL 2023 points table, following their fourth loss in the last five matches. They will square-off against Sunrisers Hyderabad in their next home encounter on Sunday.
