Cloudy Weather May Hamper GT vs MI at Ahmedabad

On Tuesday evening, Hardik Pandya will welcome his former IPL captain and team at his forte in Ahmedabad, as the defending champions Gujarat Titans clash against the most successful IPL franchise Mumbai Indians.
MI and GT have just met once in the IPL, where the former became the only team to beat GT lost while chasing. And, their second IPL meeting could be a spoilsport as the weather conditions at Ahmedabad are cloudy two hours before the start of the game.
It is understood that the clouds might not clear off during the course of the play but there is no predictions for rain on Tuesday.
Having said that, the playing conditions could be seam-bowling friendly - at least for the first half of the game.
The Seventh-ranked Mumbai are heading into this fixture after losing a close game to Punjab Kings, losing their three-match winning streak at Wankhede. Gujarat, on the flip side, have been the team to beat this season and were clinical the last time they played Lucknow in Lucknow.
