Kevin Pietersen is known to be brutally honest whether it is his views on cricket or anything else. He has often got into trouble doing so even during his playing days but that is what makes him one of the most sought after cricketer and voice in cricketing world.

Now, KP has come out with another brutally honest comment during on-air commentary in the RR-LSG game. The former English skipper and swashbuckling batter said that watching KL Rahul, the LSG skipper bat in the Powerplay is the most boring thing he has ever done in life, taking a dig at KL Rahul's low strike rate in the Powerplay.

This is what Kevin Pietersen said,

" Watching KL Rahul bat in the Powerplay is the most boring thing I've ever done."

In the RR-LSG game, KL Rahul scored 39 runs in 32 balls and at the end of the Powerplay, he was batting on 19 off 19 balls which is generally considered unacceptable in T20 cricket. Interestingly, Kevin Pietersen is not the first one who has criticised KL Rahul for his strike rate in recent times. He has not been able to get off the blocks both for India and for LSG this season and in the game against RCB, KL Rahul had a forgettable knock of 18 off 20 balls which created a storm on social media about his utility as a T20 batter.
