Chasing a mammoth 227 against the Chennai Super Kings (CSK), the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) needed a good start, but that was not the case.

CSK's impact player, Akash Singh had some other plans and got the biggest wicket of his career when he knocked over Virat Kohli's stumps. Akash replaced Ambati Rayudu as the impact player.

A gigantic total to chase, RCB fans would have hoped that King Kohli would have continued his good form in this game, but the left-arm angle of Akash got better of him this time around. After Hitting the bowler for a boundary on the second ball of the first over, Kohli mis-timed his shot on the next ball.

On the fourth delivery, he backed away from his line and targeted the mid-wicket region. But luck was not on his side as the ball takes the inside-edge onto the legs and it trickled back to the stumps as the bails came off.

It was a massive wicket in the context of the game as a settled Kohli would have been a dangerous prospect on this track.

At the time of writing, RCB are tottering at 29 for 2.
