The news has been a bit sweet and bitter after the toss at the clash between Gujarat Titans and Kolkata Knight Riders in the Indian Premier League 2023. For the Titans, Rashid Khan came out to the middle to flip the coin instead of regular skipper Hardik Pandya.

Meanwhile, the two-time champions have made two changes to their XI, despite after having a near-perfect win against Bangalore at the Eden Gardens.

After a long layoff, the Kiwi speadster Lockie Ferguson has found full fitness and been included to KKR's playing party. Meanwhile, the Tamil Nadu stumper Narayan Jagadeesan will replace Mandeep Singh, who bagged two consecutive golden ducks earlier in the tournament.

Apart from that, the star from the RCB game Suyash Sharma has been included in the Playing XI after being an Impact Player on Friday, replacing India international Venkatesh Iyer in the team.

Gujarat, on the flip side, have made two changes to their side. One is Shankar coming in for an unwell Hardik Pandya, and Abhinav Manohar will start ahead of Joshua Little.

Impact Players

Gujarat Titans: Josh Little, Jayant Yadav, Mohit Sharma, Matthew Wade, Srikar Bharat

Kolkata Knight Riders: Mandeep Singh, Venkatesh Iyer, Vaibhav Arora, David Weise, Anukul Roy

At the toss, Rashid Khan won the toss for Gujarat and they will be batting first at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
