While their batting clicked in both matches, their bowling unit, which was sensational against DC, seemed clueless against CSK.
Kyle Mayers, Ravi Bishnoi and Mark Wood have been LSG's consistent performers. However, they would like better returns from Rahul, who has been miserable with the bat of late. Similarly, core players like Avesh Khan, Krunal Pandya and Deepak Hooda must step up, as they are yet to find their rhythm in the mega event.
Meanwhile, as Quinton de Kock has joined the team, LSG might drop Marcus Stoinis to accommodate him in the playing XI.
