Batting under some pressure and a tough bowling line-up of Delhi Capitals (DC), Gujarat Titans' (GT) Sai Sudarshan brought his second fifty in the Indian Premier League (IPL) career.

The left-hander came in at a crucial juncture when the Titans lost their first wicket of Wriddhiman Saha on 22. He came in when Anrich Nortje was bowling extremely well, giving no freebies to the opposition.

Facing 48 balls, Sudarshan remained unbeaten in the end as he took the Titans home with 11 balls to spare. Moreover, his partnerships with impact player Vijay Shankar and later, big-hitter David Miller came in handy as they won by six wickets.

Sai timed his innings well as he managed 62 not out with four fours and two sixes while batting at a strike rate of 130.

In the previous game against Chennai Super Kings, Sudarshan came in as an impact player and played a 22-run knock in that game which was his side's first victory of the season.

Sai Sudarshan will next be seen batting for Gujarat in their game against Kolkata Knight Riders that would be played at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Sunday.
