As per reports circulating the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has denied the No Objection Certificate (NOC) to Shakib Al Hasan and Litton Das for the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL).

However, seamer Mustafizur Rahman has been granted the NOC and he'll fly out to India in order to join his Delhi Capitals teammates.

Bangladesh have just completed their white-ball series against Ireland, and are all set to play a one-off Test against them, starting from April 4. As a result, players who are Test bound, mainly Shakib and Litton will have to participate in the game against the Irish side.

As of late, Bangladesh cricket have strict with their policies, and the IPL bound players can only travel to India once the national duties get over.

Both Shakib and Litton were picked by Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in the IPL mini auction. While Shakib was picked up by KKR for INR 1.5 crore, Litton was drafted for INR 50 lakh.

This season, KKR have a new captain in Nitish Rana. Their regular skipper Shreyas Iyer suffered from a back injury and there is no timeline on when he'll return for the two-time IPL champions.
