England's powerful striker Ben Stokes is known to hit massive sixes with ease and he has demonstrated that time and time again. 

A few months back, the left-hander was bought by MS Dhoni's Chennai Super Kings for a massive sum of ₹16.25 Cr for the upcoming edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL).

Now, Stokes who joined the side yesterday only was seen practising in the CSK nets where he was seen tonking gigantic sixes in a video posted by the social media handles of the franchise.

The Englishmen has been a renowned customer for smashing sixes in the easiest manner and something similar could be seen here as he takes the bowlers to cleaners while playing at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.

Moreover, Stokes' ability to play the pacers over their head could be seen here as he takes the matter into his own hands.

Previously, the left-hander sat out of the entire IPL season after not registering himself to focus on Test Cricket as his side were going through turmoil. This was because he was handed the responsibility of leading the side after Joe Root stepped down as skipper.

Going back, his IPL season in 2021 was cut short after suffering a finger injury while attempting a catch in the Rajasthan Royals jersey and later, stayed away from cricket due to his mental health issues.

Now, it remains to be seen if the English Test skipper will feature in the IPL playoffs should his team qualifies or leaves the season in between to play in the Ireland red-ball game prior to the Ashes.
