Great fielding and Australia go hand to hand, and it was witnessed in the second ODI when Steve Smith took a 'stunner' to dismiss India's Hardik Pandya.

After winning the toss, Australia elected to bowl first on a surface that had everything for the pacers and the Aussie new ball bowlers utilised it to perfection.

The returning Rohit Sharma failed to produce the runs and Shubman Gill couldn't contribute in the second game running. Moreover, Suryakumar Yadav notched up yet another duck in the ODI format, and has failed to open his account in the series.

However, the talk of the town was Australian skipper, Steve Smith's flying catch to dismiss Hardik Pandya that ignited fire in the Aussie dressing room.

Hardik had no time to settle in when Sean Abbott got his crucial wicket. A good length delivery, just a shade outside the off and Hardik got an outside-edge, which went away from Smith at first slip. However, he flew to his right and was completely in the air when he completed the acrobatic catch. He kept his balance and never allowed the ball to slip away from the grasp.

Hardik looked in disdain as he couldn't believe what he just saw.

At the time of writing, India are in all sorts of trouble. They have been bundled out for a paltry 117. Mitch Starc was the pick of the bowlers, with 5 wickets to his name.
