Just a few days left for the maiden edition of the Women's Premier League (WPL) to get initiated and its time to get used to the marquee players who could be a distinguishing factor for their respective team. Each year, in franchise cricket, there are a few names who brings the 'Wow factor' in the game. The South Australian-based cricketer made her national team debut in 2017. She missed out on making into the World Cup squad but what followed was a resurgence of her skillset. She came into the limelight post covid and took the world by a storm. She gathered 615 runs from 18 innings in her T20I career with a stirring average of 61.50.
McGrath can be used as a floater in the middle order but the best of her came in the one-down position. The numbers display an impressive average of 66.25 in eight innings.
