The Quetta Gladiators are set to face Lahore Qalandars in match number 10 of the ongoing PSL 2023 season.
The Gladiators are currently placed at number five on the points table. They suffered heavy defeats in their opening fixture as well as in their most recent outing, against table-toppers Multan Sultans and Peshawar Zalmi respectively.
Led by Sarfaraz Ahmed, they did manage to secure a victory in between by overcoming the Karachi Kings last week.
The Lahore Qalandars, on the other hand, are placed on the bottom of the six-team standings. However, they have only played two matches this season thus far and still have time to climb up the table. In their opening assignment of the tournament, they held their nerves to steal a one-run victory over table-toppers Multan Sultans.
In their subsequent outing, Shaheen Afridi and co. were humbled by the Karachi Kings, as they fell short of their task by 67 runs.
