England's young sensation Harry Brook has taken the world by storm with his magnificent power-hitting abilities that were extremely crucial to his side during the T20 World Cup in Australia and the Test series against Pakistan.

However, now, the right-hander is gearing up for the upcoming two-match Test series against New Zealand where he is expected to play a major part in the seaming conditions. Right before the series, the visiting side is involved in the warm-up game against New Zealand XI in Hamilton where he thumped an unbelievable five sixes in a row to spinner Adithya Ashok to score 97 off just 71 balls.

It was after the game that he mentioned feeling a little stronger as he feels the freedom he has been provided allowed him to fully unleash his abilities.

“I think I’ve got a little bit stronger and I feel like I’m hitting the ball a bit harder. Whether that’s just because I’ve been given the freedom to go out and play in a positive way, take the match on, or whether I’ve actually got stronger, I just feel like I’m hitting the ball a lot harder than I was before,"

Moreover, he spoke about how the Ben Stokes-Brendon McCullum-led side have allowed him to demonstrate an aggressive brand of cricket which has resulted in achieving almost everything.

“You feel like you can go out and almost do anything in this setup, it’s really fun playing under these guys.”

England's first Test against New Zealand will begin on 16th February in Mount Maunganui.
