Joburg Super Kings will lock horns with MI Cape Town in match number 29 of the SA20 2023 League on Monday, February 6. The mouth-watering contest will take place at the Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg. The Faf du Plessis-led team will be playing two home games on back-to-back days. In the previous meeting, MI Cape Town defeated Joburg Super Kings comfortably by 7 wickets, but things have changed quite a lot since then and it reflects on the points table.

After winning their last league game against Sunrisers Eastern Cape, Joburg Super Kings have qualified for playoffs after winning five of their nine games, thanks to a brilliant knock from captain Faf du Plessis and combined efforts from the bowlers. Skipper Rashid Khan has yet to figure out the best combination and that has been one of the prime reasons behind the team's poor show in the ongoing tournament.
