Harmanpreet Kaur, Deepti Sharma make notable jump in ICC Rankings

Indian skipper Harmanpreet Kaur, and all-rounder Deepti Sharma have made notable jumps in the latest ICC Rankings.

Harmanpreet climbed three places to 11th position in the latest T20I batters rankings. She played an explosive knock of 56* from 35 deliveries against the West Indies in the ongoing tri-series in South Africa.

Deepti Sharma scored a gritty 33 earlier in a match against South Africa and achieved her career-best 25th place in the batters' standings. The All-rounder also gained one place at second position for the all-rounders rankings.

Star Indian opener, Smriti Mandhana retained her number three position after a stellar unbeaten 74 off 51 against the West Indies. She is just 24 rating points behind Beth Mooney for the second spot.

Meanwhile, South Africa captain Sune Luus scored 29 and 30 in the ongoing tri-series and that took her to the 45th place in rankings. 

In the bowling department, India's Sneh Rana and Rajeshwari Gayakwad jumped high in the rankings. Rana is in the ninth position, while Gayakwad has climbed 10 places to cement the 18th spot.

When it comes to the ODI rankings, Australia's Beth Mooney and Meg Lanning have jumped two places each to take the second and fifth spot respectively.
