Former Indian fast bowler Ajit Agarkar has heaped praise on Mohammed Siraj for his exceptional bowling on the Bangladesh tour.

Siraj, one of the rare shining lights for India in an otherwise horrendous ODI series, showcased his prowess with the red cherry as well, recording a sensational three-for in the first Test in Chattogram.

Agarkar, who represented India in 221 international matches, was pretty pleased with the effort Siraj puts in every over.

Speaking to the broadcaster Sony Sports, Agarkar shed light on the weapons in Siraj's armour, addressing him as a complete package.

Here's what Agarkar said

"There is no weakness seen in his bowling. If you have to bowl fast through the air and pitch it up, he can do that. If you have to hit the length, he can do that. When the ball releases properly from his hand, there is outswing to the right-handers. So he has the ability and can do different styles of bowling,

"It has been a highlight of his career that whenever you see his bowling, he puts in his full effort in every over and every delivery. I am not saying that no one else does that but it has been a highlight."

Siraj has been relentless on the Chattogram deck that hasn't offered any substantial assistance to the fast bowlers.

Although he hasn't picked a wicket in the second innings, the 28-year-old has constantly troubled the gritty Bangladesh batters.
