The best of the action is yet to come in the Lanka premier league when Dambulla Giants face off against Colombo Stars in the fifth match to be held at Mahinda Rajapaksa International cricket stadium, Hambantota.

With both the sides coming off a loss in their first respective games of the season where Dambulla lost to Jaffna Kings and Colombo tasted defeat through the hands of Kandy Falcons.

The Stars-led by Angelo Mathews will be hoping to put a better show with the bat as they faltered in a chase of 200, getting bowled out for just 90. While their counterparts for this match, could only 121 and then conceded the score within 16 overs.

Overall, both these sides have faced each other five times in tournament's history with Dambulla-based side managing to win on four occasions.

Going by the previous results, Dambulla Giants should triumph in this game considering they were marginally better with the bat. However, it will be a tight contest as both the sides have better bowling attacks.
