With the times of transition, the Indian bowling unit has seen a lot of new names emerge who have consolidated their spot in the limited overs format. However, no one has been able to leave the impact by one Arshdeep Singh.

The bowler from Punjab has established himself as one of the crucial components of the Indian bowling unit and could turn out to be one of the best bowlers in the white-ball format.

Another name that has been in talks with his recent performances has been Jammu & Kashmir's speedster Umran Malik. The quick has impressed everyone with his pace and is one his way to find a concrete spot in the Indian playing eleven.

Arshdeep Singh recently talked about bowling alongside Umran and how that benefits his own bowling,

"It is always good to bowl alongside Umran and he is also fun-loving so the dressing room atmosphere remains nice."

"As far as bowling is concerned, I get a lot of benefit from Umran's bowling as batters need to adjust heavily from 155 kmph to 135 kmph. And they get deceived by pace and we enjoy bowling with each other. I expect we are able to continue this partnership for longest time,"

The duo will be in action in the 3rd ODI against New Zealand as India will look to level the series after losing the first game to the hosts. India had the chance to level the series in the 2nd ODI but unfortunately for the Men in Blue, rain played spoilsport forcing the game to be abandoned.
