Former India opener lavishes praise on Suryakumar Yadav; takes a dig at senior players

Gautam Gambhir has never been afraid to speak his heart out. This time around he took a cheeky dig at senior Indian cricketers - Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul, and at the same time also showered praise on India's T2O sensation, Suryakumar Yadav.

According to the former World Cup winner, who was present at the FICCI Turf 2022 event, Suryakumar is a complete product of the IPL and he does things that no other Indian batter can do.

Suryakumar Yadav has had a stellar 2022. The 32-year-old has slammed 1164 T20I runs, in just 31 matches, at an astonishing strike-rate of 187.43. Apart from Virat Kohli, SKY was India's stand-out batter in the recently concluded T20I World Cup, with 239 runs in six matches.
