Can Suryakumar Yadav break Virat Kohli and Mohammad Rizwan's T20I records?

After a full throttling year, Suryakumar Yadav has reached the 'SKY' with as many two centuries and nine half-centuries in 30 T20I innings. The right-hander has been in terrific form batting at a strike rate of 188.37 at an average of 47.95.
His heroics helped India reach semi-finals of the T20 World Cup where they crashed out after losing to England. However, after that game he smashed an outstanding century against New Zealand in the 2nd T20I at Mount Maunganui.
Even after having a staggering year, the 32-year-old won't be able to break these two records held by his compatriot Virat Kohli and Pakistani opener Mohammad Rizwan. For a reminder, the 3rd T20I against New Zealand is going to be India's final T20I game of the year with just ODIs and Tests remaining until the beginning of 2023.
Most Runs in T20 cricket in a calendar year
The record held by the genius named 'Kohli' was achieved in the year 2016 where he was literally on fire, amassing a total of 1614 runs for India and his IPL franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore. He attained 973 runs from just 16 games played in the cash-rich extravaganza.
As of now, Surya is sitting at 1454 runs from 38 T20 matches which means he is 160 runs short of the target which looks unlikely.
Most Runs in T20 Internationals in a calendar year
Not just this, the record for most runs in international T20 games also looks improbable to be breached by SKY. Currently, Pakistan's star player Mohammad Rizwan has this feat to his name.
Rizwan had a fantastic 2021 where he secured 1326 runs in 29 games for Men in Green. However, if Yadav wants to get past his counterpart, he will require massive 175 runs in this game. SKY has already gathered 1151 runs but surely this accomplishment looks far-fetched.
