England managed to beat India in the semi finals on Thursday and they will take on Pakistan in the finals tomorrow.

The Three Lions picked up a ten-wicket win over Team India and they will be looking to continue their imperious form against the Men in Green now.

The England openers demolished the Indian bowling unit in the semis and they will fancy their chances of doing similar against Pakistan now. That said, Pakistan have a better bowling unit at their disposal and Shaheen Afridi's return to form could be crucial for them. On top of that, skipper Babar Azam looked at his best in the semis against New Zealand as well.

Jos Buttler has led from the front in recent games and the England opener will look to make another devastating impact in the final.

Former England star Kevin Pietersen believes (h/t India Today) that the England team has no notable weakness and they will be able to go all the way and lift the trophy eventually.

Both England and Pakistan have battled adversity on their way to the final and they deserve to lift the trophy. It will be interesting to see who comes out on top eventually.

"I don't think there's much India could have done. England are just exceptional. They've got every single box ticked. Rohit Sharma said before the game they would target England’s weaknesses. I don't see a weakness, and I understand the game of cricket quite well. Fast bowling, sorted. Spinning, sorted. Unorthodoxy, sorted. Batting, sorted. There's absolutely no weakness there."
