It will be an all-important clash when India takes on England in the semi-finals of the T20 World Cup 2022 at Adelaide in front of the jam-packed stadium. With about two days left for the game, English skipper Jos Buttler has showered his praise on the Indian captain Rohit Sharma for his leadership.

While speaking to the Sunday Times, Buttler said that India's positive approach in this mega-event is all because of their captain. He added that during his IPL days with Mumbai Indians, he was in awe of him because of his extremely tactical decisions.

He further mentioned that even if everything is going at an extreme pace, he would maintain his calmness which is exactly the way he bats making it look effortless.

"They are a brilliant team and Rohit Sharma is a brilliant captain who I think has asked them to play more positively and with more freedom. I was a bit young in my IPL journey, but tactically I thought he was very good, making good decisions but not always the obvious ones,

"He has that sense of calm when everything around him is going on at a million miles an hour. A bit like when he bats, he makes it look pretty effortless."

Buttler will seen leading England in the T20 World Cup semi-final on 10th November against Rohit Sharma's Indian side.
