T20 World Cup 2022: Shane Watson wants to see an India vs Pakistan final

The last time India and Pakistan met in the T20 World Cup 2022, the match resulted in an exhilarating clash that involved an out of the world 82* knock from Virat Kohli and a brilliant bowling display from Arshdeep Singh and co. 

India and Pakistan have now made in into the semi-finals and will face England and New Zealand respectively. Former Australian legend Shane Watson has expressed his want of seeing an India vs Pakistan final. 

Watson finds Ind vs Pak thrilling

"Everyone would love to see Pakistan and India in the final." 

"The game (Ind vs Pak Super 12 match) was obviously an amazing game to watch on TV as well. They played in the T20 World Cup final in 2007 and everyone would love to see it again."

Watson believes that Pakistan will be a dangerous side in the semi-finals and that New Zealand should not take the Men in Green lightly. 

"They (Pakistan) weren't expecting to make the semis because of the way they played at certain times throughout this tournament."

"The freedom they are going to have after not expecting much in the middle of the tournament, so the freedom they are going to have is going to be very dangerous for the Kiwis."
