Stuart Binny joins New York Strikers ahead of Abu Dhabi T10 2022

Former India all-rounder Stuart Binny has joined the New York Strikers ahead of the upcoming season of the Abu Dhabi T10 starting this month. 

Regarded as a utility player in Indian domestic circuit, Binny has a plethora of experience in the shortest format. He recently participated in the Road Safety World Series and the Legends League Cricket, amusing the spectators with the gorgeous stroke play. 

In his reaction, Binny expressed his delight at being a part of a rampant Strikers outfit and seemed determined to help the team reach new heights in the tournament. 


Here's what Binny stated

"I am happy to be joining the New York Strikers, and hope to make a significant impact in their journey of going global. The squad is full of very exciting white-ball cricketers and I will do everything possible to put my best foot forward."

Meanwhile, the New York Strikers' Team Owner Mr Sagar Khanna hailed the Karnataka-born for his incredible all-round abilities and expected him to lead the team to title with his performance and experience. 

"Stuart Binny brings a lot of experience to the side and I am confident his knowledge of the game will help the New York Strikers. He is explosive with the bat and ball, that is exactly what we need at the New York Strikers for our debut season."

The sixth season of the Abu Dhabi T10 league commences on November 23 with the New York Strikers taking on the Bangla Tigers in the opening fixture.
