Axar Patel predicts Virat Kohli to continue his onslaught against South Africa

India have got a terrific start to their T20 World Cup campaign this time unlike last year. After pipping arch-rivals Pakistan in a nail-biter in Melbourne, the Men in Blue recorded an easy win over the Netherlands on Thursday. Now, with four points in their pocket, India will meet South Africa in Perth on Sunday. 

Veteran India all-rounder Axar Patel has opened up on India's preparations ahead of this crucial clash. Axar stated that the Indian players would play their natural game in the match, as they have done so far in the tournament. 

On being asked if it's mentally challenging for India to face the likes of Kagiso Rabada and Anrich Nortje on the spicy Perth track, Axar answered that the team is relaxed as they have an in-form Virat Kohli to tackle the South African pace battery. 

Here's what Axar said

"We will plan about it. We will play the normal style of cricket that we have been playing without worrying about bouncy pitches and the fact that they have bowlers like Anrich Nortje and Kagiso Rabada. We also have our Virat Bhai (Virat Kohli) in form."

Notably, Kohli has had two successive magnificent outings in the showpiece event. After leading India to a miraculous win against Pakistan, the talismanic batter slammed another flamboyant fifty versus the Netherlands. Considering his exquisite touch, we expect Kohli to put up another match-winning performance on Sunday.
