In the thrilling clash against the high-octane match against Pakistan, Bhuvneshwar Kumar surpassed Yuzvendra Chahal to become the highest wicket-taker for India in T20Is. Kumar now has a total of 86 wickets in the format.

The bowler was trusted with the new ball in the much anticipated game. More than capable of the responsibility, Kumar proved that he deserved his spot in the squad as he displayed immense skill. Swinging the ball with mastery and putting pressure on the openers in tandem with Arshdeep Singh in the opening overs.
The star bowler scalped the milestone as he caught and bowled the dangerous Shaheen Shah Afridi to complete 86 T20I wickets.
At the time of writing India are 17-2 with both the openers back in the pavillion.
