The T20 World Cup is just days ahead and one team that is currently sailing under the radar is Bangladesh. The Bangla Tigers have had a tough season this year losing majority of their T20I games heading into the World Cup.

Bangladesh's skipper Shakib Al Hasan despite the early setbacks is confident in his team and hope that can produce some good results in the coming days.

"I think we've got a very good, exciting team. Most of us are new, so it'll be a great experience for them. All of us are playing T20 International first time in Australia, including me. So that's new,"

"But, you know, I think we prepared very well. We were in Christchurch where we played four games against two very good sides. So we know what are the things that we need to do in order to be able to, uh, perform well here in Australia. And I think we are prepared enough in order to do well. "

Bangladesh have a seemingly good unit that can produce some great performances if everything goes their way.

The Tigers have found themselves in the same group as their Asian neighbours India and Pakistan, alongside South Africa. It will be interesting to see if the side can put a great performance and go ahead into the tournament.
