After a disappointing start to the series, Proteas southpaw Rilee Rossouw has smacked a 48 ball 100 against India in the 3rd T20I at Holkar stadium in Indore. He hammered eight sixes and seven fours to attain the landmark batting at a strike rate of 208.
Rossouw got to his fifty in just 27 balls and then, another 21 to bring the prestigious landmark. After his wondrous effort, South Africa reached a gigantic total of 227/3 in their allotted 20 overs where India bowlers were tonked all over the park with everyone except Ravichandran Ashwin going over the economy of 10.
The 32-year old arrived at the crease after 4.1 overs when skipper Temba Bavuma lost his wicket when team's score was just 30.
With this he becomes second centurian of the series after David Miller who attained 106 not out in the previous game off just 106 balls.
